How DIY Rentals Work

Step 1

Reserve Your Rentals

Submit an inquiry with your event date, venue city, and the items you want. We’ll confirm availability and send your invoice + deposit details.

Step 2

Pick Up

Pick up from Bloomfield, CT or Verona, NJ (scheduled pickup window). Everything will be packed and labeled for easy transport.

Step 3

Set Up + Enjoy

You’re responsible for setup at your event. We’ll send a how-to video + step-by-step guide for your rental items.

Step 4

Return

You’re responsible for breakdown and returning everything in the same condition by the day after your event during your scheduled return window.

What type of vehicle do I need to transport the rentals?

We recommend an SUV sized car to transport your rental, we can advise if we think your vehicle will be too small if you provide that information when booking! If you plan to rent multiple items, you will need a larger size SUV or Van.

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes, as long as they’re listed in advance and arrive within the scheduled window.

What if I damage something?

We’ll assess repair/replacement cost and apply it to the deposit if needed.

What if I’m running late for return?

Please message ASAP—late fees may apply depending on the item and schedule.
